Dr Sanjit Agarwal talks to ecancer at the Choosing Treatments Wisely event in Kolkata about breast cancer screening in India.

He describes that there is no national screening program currently and most patients are being diagnosed with advanced disease.

Dr Agarwal states that mammography is not a feasible method, due to the large population of India and explains the government initiated 'Ayushman Bharat' scheme which has helped several women receive clinical breast examinations in attempt to detect breast cancer early.
