Dr Fidel Rubagumya speaks to ecancer at the 2019 AORTIC conference in Maputo about the "choosing wisely" campaign.

He provides an overview of this campaign, which encourages the practice of evidence-based medicine and the need for African healthcare professionals to choose wisely.

Dr Rubagumya also discusses human rights in cancer care - in which he believes healthcare equity and medical access should be a basic right for all patients in low- and middle-income settings.
