He speaks about the progress Estonia has made through the intelligent use of big data, which has increased the access to personalised medicines in to country from 5% to 15% this year. 

He believes it's completely possible for other countries to catch up on these methods, and by continuing to press forward and improve, the Nordic countries can pass on successful techniques across Europe.
