Dr Adedayo Joseph speaks to ecancer about ' The HypoAfrica study and AC3T research partnerships at the NSIA-LUTH Cancer Center (NLCC)'.

The HypoAfrica study is a collaborative study between multiple centres across the globe. They aim to address the challenges of radiotherapy access in low-middle income settings, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Dr Joseph also explains the AC3T program has been set up to improve access to cancer clinical trials across Africa.

She adds that the partnerships and programs ongoing at the NLCC continue to be highly impactful for clinical oncology practices in Nigeria and other low-middle countries.

Dr Joseph concludes by emphasising that the challenges of cancer treatment in low-middle income settings can be best approached through collaboration between multiple organisations working together.
